THE OBJECTS OF THE ST.TIMOTHY FOUNDATION ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND ARE:(1)TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT ST. TIMOTHYS SCHOOL,NZARA,REPUBLIC OF SOUTH SUDAN,AND OTHER SCHOOLS IN THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH SUDAN BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES,WHATEVER THE PUPILS BACKGROUND,STATUS OR FINANCES.(2)FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION(INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING)OF PEOPLE IN THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH SUDAN WHATEVER THEIR BACKGROUND,STATUS OR FINANCES,IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT.(3)TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH SUDAN IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY,AND HELP MEET,THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY.(4)THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP IN THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH SUDAN BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION,TRAINING,HEALTHCARE PROJECTS AND ALL THE NECESSARY SUPPORT DESIGNED TO ENABLE INDIVIDUALS TO GENERATE A SUSTAINABLE INCOME AND BE SELF-SUFFICIENT.(5)TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH SUDAN THROUGH PROVIDING SUPPORT,ACTIVITIES AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS,CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT,MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
