THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE INHABITANTS OF WORLINGHAM AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD HEREINAFTER CALLED “THE AREA OF BENEFIT”
