THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF HARTLEPOOL AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE PLAYING OF BOXING, MARTIAL ARTS AND RELATED ACTIVITIES.
