THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND IS TO BE APPLIED FOR SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.PROVIDED THA NO PART OF THE TRUST FUND OR OF THE INCOME THEREOF SHALL BE PAID TO OR APPLIED FOR THE BENEFIT OF AN ECCLESIASTICAL CHARITY OR CHARITY FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY.
