THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE: TO ADVANCE THE BUDDHIST FAITH, IN PARTICULAR THE SERENE REFLECTION MEDITATION SCHOOL OF BUDDHISM (ALSO KNOWN AS SOTO ZEN BUDDHISM) THROUGH THE PROVISION (THOUGH NOT EXCLUSIVELY) OF A RETREAT CENTRE, WHICH WILL INCLUDE RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES, FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO PRACTICE SERENE REFLECTION MEDITATION (SOTO ZEN). EXCEPTING THE STUDY OF RELIGIONS FOR PURPOSES OF COMPARISON, ONLY THE SERENE REFLECTION MEDITATION SCHOOL OF BUDDHISM SHALL BE TAUGHT OR PRACTISED AT THE CHARITY?S PREMISES.
