TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE CENTRAL AND HISTORIC ROLE OF ST WINIFRED'S CHURCH IN THE LIFE AND HERITAGE OF THE VILLAGE AND IT'S ARCHITECTURAL VALUE.
