(I) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION OF GOOD HEALTH OF THE RESIDENTS OF, AND VISITORS TO, THE FLASH AND LONGNOR DISTRICTS OF THE STAFFORDSHIRE MOORLANDS AND SURROUNDING AREAS (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT), BY PROVIDING TRAINED VOLUNTEERS TO ATTEND MEDICAL EMERGENCIES, AS DIRECTED BY WEST MIDLANDS AMBULANCE SERVICE. (II) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF BASIC LIFE SUPPORT.
