THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF HEALTH IN LONDON AND EAST AFRICA IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND GUIDANCE THE UK AND EQUIPMENT AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR PROJECTS TO PROMOTE HEALTH IN EAST AFRICA 4.
