THE INCOME AND CAPITAL OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE PAID TO OR APPLIED FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH CHARITITES OR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AND IN SUCH MANNER AND SUBJECT TO SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THE DIRECTORS DEEM FIT.
