FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING MONIES FOR: (I) THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT WITHIN THE CATEGORIES OF MEDICAL AND NURSING EQUIPMENT AND PATIENT AMENITY. (II) THE BUILDING OR UPGRADING OR EXTENDING OR RESTORATION OF HOSPITAL PREMISES FOR TREATMENT OR CONVALESCENCE OF PATIENTS WHEN EITHER OF THESE OBJECTS WOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE TO ACHIEVE WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FROM EXCHEQUER FUNDS.
