The charity's organisational structure was unchanged during the year. The Repertory Players are a permanent amateur company who provide a balanced and stimulating season of plays. Stimulate and educate young people through "The Young Rep" Members provide all the support to visiting companies to Stoke on Trent Repertory Theatre

Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE, MAINTAIN, IMPROVE AND ADVANCE EDUCATION, PARTICULARLY BY THE PRODUCTION OF EDUCATIONAL PLAYS AND THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF THE ARTS, INCLUDING THE ARTS OF DRAMA, MIME, DANCE, SINGING AND MUSIC AND TO FORMULATE, PREPARE AND ESTABLISH SCHEMES THEREFORE PROVIDED THAT ALL THE OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY SHALL BE OF A CHARITABLE NATURE (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 2 OF RULES)
