THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS TO PERSONS WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT BY THE PROVISION OF SERVICES, FINANCIAL HELP, MEDICAL ITEMS AND PRACTICAL AIDS; 3. FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
