1. TO SUPPORT CARERS LOOKING AFTER PATIENTS WITH LIFE LIMITING ILLNESSES IN THE AREA OF HAMBLETON & RICHMONDSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT"); 2. THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS TO PERSONS WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT BY THE PROVISION OF SERVICES, FINANCIAL HELP, MEDICAL ITEMS AND PRACTICAL AIDS; 3. FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
