Charitable objects
THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE IN RECOVERY FROM SUBSTANCE MISUSE PROBLEMS BY PROVIDING A SAFE, FRIENDLY, DRUG AND ALCOHOL FREE ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH PEOPLE CAN RECEIVE ADVOCACY, SUPPORT, TRAINING AND GUIDANCE WITH A VIEW TO HELPING THEM GROW IN CONFIDENCE, MEET THEIR OWN NEEDS AND REINTEGRATE INTO THE COMMUNITY. CASCADE CREATIVE RECOVERY IS RUN BY A DIVERSE GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE IN RECOVERY THEMSELVES, MANY OF WHOM HAVE ACCESSED SERVICES WITHIN THE CITY. IT IS A LEGACY PROJECT OF THE 4TH UK RECOVERY WALK-BRIGHTON & HOVE 2012, BUILDING ON THE SUCCESS OF THAT NATIONAL EVENT BY DEVELOPING A LOCAL PEER LED PROJECT WITHIN THE HEART OF THE CITY.
