THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS (“THE OBJECTS”): THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH AND THE SAVING OF LIVES IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: A) RAISING FUNDS FOR DEFIBRILLATORS IN SCHOOLS, SPORTS HALLS AND PUBLIC VENUES. B) ASSISTING WITH TRAINING IN THE USE OF DEFIBRILLATORS FOR KEY PERSONNEL WITHIN THE COMMUNITY. C) RAISING AWARENESS OF UNDIAGNOSED HEART CONDITIONS BY EVENTS, WEBSITE AND FLYERS
