THE PROMOTION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING, GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT. 3. THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP TO FAMILIES AFFECTED BY SICKNESS, POOR PHYSICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH AND / OR POVERTY.
