THE PROMOTION OF EFFICIENT GOVERNMENT IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, TO ACHIEVE BETTER DECISION MAKING AND MORE EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT DELIVERY OF PUBLIC SERVICES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC ON A NON-PARTY POLITICAL BASIS. 2. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION TO INFORM AND CONTRIBUTE TO OVERALL PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE ON ISSUES OF GOVERNMENT, PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND PUBLIC SERVICE DELIVERY. 3.
