THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, AND IN PARTICULAR, THOSE AFFECTED BY NATURAL CAUSES OR BY WARS AND CONFLICTS EITHER FOREIGN OR DOMESTIC BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, INCLUDING ORPHANS, ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD BY THE PROVISION OF CLASSES IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE, COMPUTER SCIENCE, OTHER ACADEMIC/VOCATIONAL SUBJECTS AND IF DEEMED NECESSARY THROUGH THE CONSTRUCTION OF SCHOOLS, COLLEGES, TRAINING CENTRES AND UNIVERSITIES. THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL ASSISTANCE INCLUDING THOSE WITH DISABILITIES AND MENTAL ILLNESS.
