TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF 25 OR 35 IF THEY HAVE LEARNING DIFFICULTIES AND DISABILITIES THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, SO AS TO DEVELOP THE CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE SUBJECT OF MUSIC AND MULTI-MEDIA TECHNOLOGY AND THE PROVISION OF SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING
