Charitable objects
TO FURTHER THE OFJECTS OF THE SCOUT ASSOCIATION AND IN PARTICULAR TO FURTHER THOSE OBJECTS IN THE SCOUT COUNTIES OF MERSEYSIDE, WEST LANCASHIRE, GREATER MANCHESTER WEST AND CHESHIRE IN A ACCORDANCE WITH THE WISHES FROM TIME TO TIME EXPRESSED BY THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THOSE COUNTIES AND TO THIS END ANY USE OF THE SAID ESTATE SHALL BE PERMITTED WHICH IS NOT INCONSISTENT WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF THE SCOUT MOVEMENT.
