PREMISES TO BE USED OCCUPIED AND ENJOYED AS A PLACE FOR PUBLIC WORSHIP ACCORDING TO THE DICTATES OF ISLAM AND THE PRINCIPLES AND USAGES OF THE MUSLIM FAITH AND FOR PUBLIC AND OTHER MEETINGS, AND AS A PLACE FOR THE INSTRUCTION OF CHILDREN OF ADULTS AND OF SUCH OTHER RELIGIOUS AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES AND USAGES AFORESAID.
