THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE TO: 1.1 PROMOTE ETHICAL PRINCIPLES IN INDUSTRY WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO BUT NOT LIMITED TO BUSINESS TRUSTS WITH A VIEW TO ENSURING THE DISCHARGE BY PERSONS ENGAGED IN INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE OF THEIR OBLIGATIONS FOR THE WELFARE OF THE COMMUNITIES WITHIN WHICH THEY OPERATE; AND 1.2 ADVANCE EDUCATION AND RESEARCH IN THE SUBJECT OF THE ORGANISATION AND OPERATION OF INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE WITH A PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO BUSINESS TRUSTS, AND TO PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT SO AS TO ACHIEVE THE PRESERVATION, CONSERVATION AND PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE PRUDENTIAL USE OF NATURAL RESOURCES.
