THE RELIEF OF NECESSITOUS PERSONS FALLING WITHIN THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES:- 1. SERVING AND RETIRED OFFICERS OF THE HUMBERSIDE POLICE FORCE AND RETIRED OFFICERS OF OTHER POLICE FORCES AT PRESENT RESIDENT IN HUMBERSIDE. 2. CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES OF THE HUMBERSIDE POLICE AUTHORITY AND ITS CONSTITUENT AUTHORITIES 3. EMPLOYEES AND THEIR DEPENDANTS, OF THE HUMBERSIDE COUNTY COUNCIL, ACTING UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE CHIEF CONSTABLE OF HUMBERSIDE.
