TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF FAMILIES WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF AGE, YOUTH, DISABILITY, ILL HEALTH, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, INFORMATION, EDUCATION AND TRAINING, MEDIATION, COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT AS WELL AS HELPING PEOPLE MEET THEIR OWN NEEDS IN SOCIETY
