Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE ORGANISATION ARE :- (A) THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD BY PROVIDING GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY. (B) TO ADVANCE THE ISLAMIC FAITH IN THE UK FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH HOLDING OF PRAYER MEETINGS, LECTURES, PUBLIC CELEBRATION OF RELIGIOUS FESTIVALS, PRODUCING AND/OR DISTRIBUTING LITERATURE ON THE ISLAMIC FAITH TO ENLIGHTEN OTHERS ABOUT THE RELIGION. (C) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF TURKISH PEOPLE LIVING IN THE UK GENERALLY BUT SPECIFICALLY IN THE SUBJECT OF TURKISH OR ENGLISH LANGUAGES. (D) TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF MEMBERS OF THE TURKISH COMMUNITY OF THE UK IN SUCH A WAY THAT THAY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY.
