THE RELIEF OF POVERTY OF PERSONS GLOBALLY DISPLACED FROM THEIR HOMES BY CONFLICT AND PEOPLE FROM DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES LIVING IN AREAS HOSTING DISPLACED POPULATIONS
