Charitable objects
(1) TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT EDUCTAION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PEOPLE FROM THE AGES OF 11 TO 19 INCLUSIVE IN THE NORTH WEST OF ENGLAND IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT INCLUDING BY: (I) AWARDING TO SUCH PERSONS SCHOLARSHIPS, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS TENABLE AT UNIVERSITY, COLLEGE OR INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER OR FURTHER EDUCATION. (II) ENHANCING THEIR EDUCATION (INCLUDING THE STUDY OF MUSIC OR OTHER ARTS ) TO UNDERTAKE TRAVEL IN FURTHERANCE OF THAT EDUCATION OR TO PREPARE FOR ENTRY TO ANY OCCUPATION TRADE OR PROFESSION NOTHING SHALL AUTHORISE AN APLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARIATBLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENTS (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND/OR SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008
