ACCOMMODATION APPROPRIATE TO THEIR NEEDS; 2. FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION PROVIDED IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE 3. EDUCATION AND TRAINING TO ENABLE SUCH PERSONS TO REALISE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL.
