TO DEVELOP WEST BANK HOUSE AS A COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL PEOPLE IN HOYLAND, AND TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CUMMUNITY BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE FURTHERANCE OF HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, DISTRESS AND SICKNESS.
