THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, IN KOREAN LANGUAGE,HISTORY AND CULTURE IN UK AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF LOCAL COMMUNITY (A) BY THE PROVISION OF LAND, BUILDINGS, ROOMS AND EQUIPMENT FOR STUDENTS BOTH MALE AND FEMALE AND ALL NECESSARY AND PROPER ANCILLARY SERVICES FOR SUCH AN ESTABLISHMENT (B) BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL BOOKS AND APPARATUS, INCLUDING ALL ANCILLARY FACILITIES AS WELL AS A LIBRARY, FOR PURPOSES OF REFERENCE (C) BY THE PROVISION OF LECTURES, TEACHING AND ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF AND ALL OTHER PERSONNEL WHO ARE NECESSARY OR DESIRABLE TO SERVE THE CHARITY (D) BY ANY OTHER MEANS WHICH SHALL BE CHARITABLE AND WHICH THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CHARITY MAY THINK FIT 4 2 TO PURCHASE AND MANAGE A REAL PROPERTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING A KOREAN COMMUNITY CENTRE WHICH WILL SERVE TO FURTHER THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR RESIDENTS OF KOREAN ORIGIN AND THE PUBLIC [NOTHING IN THE ARTICLES SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT(SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND/OR SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008]
