Charitable objects
THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("OBJECTS") ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE CREATION OF AN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE MADE UP OF INDIVIDUAL SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES PROVIDING EDUCATION AND CARRYING OUT RESEARCH (THE USEFUL RESULTS OF WHICH WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC) IN DISCIPLINES ASSOCIATED WITH THE DIGITAL ECONOMY (DEFINED AS AN ECONOMY IN WHICH THE MEANS OF PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION AND EXCHANGE HAVE BEEN TRANSFORMED BY THE APPLICATION OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES) BY ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING MEANS:- - DEVELOPING A STRATEGY FOR THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND THE CARRYING OUT OF RESEARCH CONNECTED WITH THE DIGITAL SECTOR (DEFINED AS A SECTOR WHICH INCLUDES DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE, WEB DESIGN, SCREEN, GAMING, APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT, DIGITAL ART, DIGITAL SCULPTURE, DIGITAL DISPLAY, CODING AND INCLUDING ANYTHING ELSE THAT USES DATA TECHNOLOGY AS A FOUNDATION); DEVELOPING EDUCATIONAL COURSES AND PROGRAMMES; - SETTING EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS AND PROTOCOLS; - AWARDING ACCREDITATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS; - PARTNERING WITH HIGHER AND FURTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS; AND - ENTERING INTO JOINT VENTURES AND OTHER ASSOCIATIONS WITH COMPANIES AND ORGANISATIONS ENGAGED IN ACTIVITIES IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY IN ORDER TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT STRATEGIES CONNECTED WITH THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND RESEARCH INCLUDING BY THE ESTABLISHMENT OF COURSES AND QUALIFICATIONS THAT ARE DESIGNED TO ASSIST IN MEETING SKILLS SHORTAGES IN PARTICULAR DISCIPLINES.
