TO HELP AND EDUCATE BOYS AND YOUNG MEN AND GIRLS AND YOUNG WOMEN AGED BETWEEN 8 AND 21 YEARS RESIDENT IN AND AROUND THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND-UPON-THAMES SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL, SPIRITUAL AND SOCIAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY. THE CIO TRUSTEES WILL SUPPORT YOUNG PERSONS AND WORK TO FURTHER THEIR INVOLVEMENT WITH TWICKENHAM BRUNSWICK CLUB FOR YOUNG PEOPLE.
