Streetwise 2000 support, help and educate young people through the transition from adolescence to adulthood. We provide them the tools to live meaningful and independent lives, empowering them to achieve their fullest potential and grow to be active members of their communities. We support young people aged between 14 and 25; using a variety of one-to-one and groupwork & therapeutic interventions.
