Charitable objects
1) TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC HIGH STANDARDS OF CONSERVATION, PLANNING AND THE IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF HISTORIC OR PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE VILLAGES OF GRAFTON FLYFORD, NORTH PIDDLE, FLYFORD FLAVEL, KINGTON, DORMSTON AND HUMBLETON. 2) TO STIMULATE PUBLIC INTEREST IN AND CARE FOR THE BEAUTY, HISTORY AND PRESENT CHARACTER OF THE VILLAGES.3) TO ENCOURAGE THE PRESERVATION AND FURTHER BEAUTIFICATION OF THE RURAL SCENE AND GENERALLY TO PROTECT AND IMPROVE THE RURAL ENVIRONMENT.
