1. TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, IN PARTICULAR THE MEMBERS OF THE SOMALILAND COMMUNITY IN LONDON AND SOMALILAND BY:
(A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING;
(B) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS; AND
(C) THE PROMOTION OF GOOD HEALTH;
2. TO ADVANCE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN IN SOMALILAND, PARTICULARLY BY THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF SCHOOLS
3. TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS ARE CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT
