Charitable objects
TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION, TRAINING AND WELFARE OF THE MENTALLY HANDICAPPED PERSONS ATTENDING THE ST OWEN'S CENTRE, HEREFORD (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE STUDENTS") BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING TO PROVIDE FACILITIES AT THE CENTRE NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL AND BY SUCH OTHER MEANS AS MAY BE CONDUCIVE TO THE ACHIEVING OF THESE OBJECTS.
