2. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF PEOPLE IN AFRICA
3. SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.
