"TO PERMIT THE CENTRE TO BE APPROPRIATED AND USED ON FIVE EVENINGS EACH WEEK FOR THE PURPOSE OF HELPING AND EDUCATING BOYS AND GIRLS (RESIDENT IN ST ANNES AFORESAID AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD AND BETWEEN THE AGES OF 14 AND 20 YEARS) THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED".
