Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS ARE: (1) TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF SUFFERERS OF ALL FORMS OF CANCER AND OTHER LIFE-LIMITING DISEASES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND PRACTICAL ADVICE; (2) TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF THE PUBLIC IN PARTICULAR BY RESEARCH INTO THE NATURE, CAUSES, DIAGNOSIS, PREVENTION, TREATMENT AND CURE OF ALL FORMS OF CANCER AND OTHER LIFE-LIMITING DISEASES; (3) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN RELATION TO ALL FORMS OF CANCER AND OTHER LIFE-LIMITING DISEASES; (4) SUCH OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
