3.THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF YOUNG PEOPLE WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF TELFORD AND WREKIN:- (I)TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY; (II) TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEALTH OF YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN EDUCATIONAL AWARENESS PACKAGE TO HELP SAFEGUARD YOUNG PEOPLE WITH PARTICULAR EMPHASIS ON ONLINE SAFETY
