FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF ANIMALS (CATS) IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION AND, IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN RESCUE HOMES FOR THE CARE AND TREATMENT OF SUCH ANIMALS.
