TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS ATTENDING LLWYNCRWN PRIMARY SCHOOL BEDDAU IN THE COUNTY OF MID GLAMORGAN BY THE PROVISION OF A PRIZE OF BOOKS TO BE GIVEN ANNUALLY TO A REGISTERED PUPIL AT THE SAID SCHOOL WHO IN THE SOLE AND UNFETTED OPINION OF THE HEADMASTER BUT AFTER CONSULTATION WITH HIS STAFF IS CONSIDERED TO BE THE MOST OUTSTANDING ACADEMIC PUPIL OF THE YEAR.
