TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, ESPECIALLY YOUNG PEOPLE, IN THE SUBJECT OF LEGAL SUBSTANCE ABUSE ESPECIALLY VOLATILE SUBSTANCES WITH THE INTENTION OF PREVENTING RELATED ILLNESS, ACCIDENTS, CRIME DEATH AND FAMILY BREAKDOWN. THE RELIEF OF THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL SICKNESS OF PERSONS IN NEED BY REASON OF ADDICTION TO LEGAL SUBSTANCES ESPECIALLY VOLATILE SUBSTANCES IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF FREE COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT FOR THE USER AND THEIR FAMILIES.
