Charitable objects
3.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY (THE ?OBJECTS?) ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:-
3.1.1 TO PREVENT AND RELIEVE POVERTY AMONG PARTNERS AND EMPLOYEES, AND FORMER PARTNERS AND EMPLOYEES OF RUSSELL-COOKE LLP AND ANY PERSONS LIVING IN A FAMILY RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THEIR SPOUSES, CIVIL PARTNERS, WIDOWS, WIDOWERS, CHILDREN OR OTHER DEPENDANTS WHO ARE IN NEED OR DISTRESS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE; AND
3.1.2 TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
