THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY PROMOTING AND PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE APPRECIATION, UNDERSTANDING AND ENJOYMENT OF PHOTOGRAPHY AND THE ARTS, IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROMOTION AND RUNNING OF A PHOTOGRAPHY FESTIVAL IN OXFORD.
