THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND DISTRESS OF PERSONS LIVING IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE ORIGINALLY FROM THE FENI DISTRICT OF BANGLADESH NOW LIVING IN THE UK AND BANGLADESH. 3. THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH OF PERSONS LIVING IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE ORIGINALLY FROM THE FENI DISTRICT OF BANGLADESH NOW LIVING IN THE UK AND BANGLADESH. 4.
