TO MAINTAIN A HERDBOOK OF LONGHORN CATTLE IN FURTHERANCE TO THE ABOVE OBJECTS BUT NOT FURTHER OR OTHERWISE THE SOCIETY SHALL HAVE THE FOLLOWING POWERS: TO PROMOTE SHOWS AND/OR SALES OF LONGHORN CATTLE; TO DO ALL THINGS NECESSARY FOR THE ATTAINMENT OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS.
