2) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG PEOPLE LIVING IN HIGH WYCOMBE DISTRICT AND BUCKS BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH GOODS WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF MEANS.
3) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP BY THE RE-CYCLING AND PROVISION OF FURNITURE, CLOTHES ND OTHER HOUSEHOLD ITEMS AMONG PEOPLE LIVING IN HIGH WYCOMBE DISTRICT AND BUCKS
