THE COLLEGE'S OBJECTS ARE TO PROVIDE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ELSEWHERE, FURTHER AND HIGHER EDUCATION AND (SUBJECT TO ANY CONSULTATION WITH ANY RELEVANT LOCAL AUTHORITY) SECONDARY EDUCATION (AS DEFINED IN EACH CASE IN SECTION 18(1) OF THE FURTHER AND HIGHER EDUCATION ACT 1992 (OR ANY REPLACEMENT THEREOF)).
