1.FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION(INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING)OF PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 23 YEARS ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT,INCLUDING BY:·AWARDING TO SUCH PERSONS SCHOLARSHIPS,MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS TENABLE AT ANY SCHOOL,UNIVERSITY,COLLEGE OR ANY OTHER INSTITUTION OF EDUCATION;·PROVIDING EQUIPMENT TO SUCH INDIVIDUALS OR TO EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS TO FACILITATE EDUCATION SUCH AS STATIONARY,BOOKS,IT EQUIPMENT,AND LABORATORY APPARATUS;·PROVIDING GRANTS AND ITEMS TO CHARITIES AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS WHOSE AIMS INCLUDE ADVANCING EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 23 YEARS.2.TO ASSIST IN THE TREATMENT AND CARE OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL OR PHYSICAL ILLNESS OF ANY DESCRIPTION OR IN NEED OF REHABILITATION AS A RESULT OF SUCH ILLNESS BY:·PROVISION OF FUNDING TO COVER THE COST OF MEDICAL TREATMENT OR REHABILITATION;·PROVIDING MEDICAL EQUIPMENT OR FUNDING FOR SUCH EQUIPMENT TO HEALTHCARE INSTITUTIONS.3.THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD BY PROVIDING:·GRANTS AND ITEMS TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES,OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY·GRANTS AND ITEMS TO CHARITIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS INVOLVED WITH THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION,TRAINING,HEALTHCARE PROJECTS AND ALL THE NECESSARY SUPPORT DESIGNED TO ENABLE INDIVIDUALS TO GENERATE A SUSTAINABLE INCOME AND BE SELF-SUFFICIENT4. THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL NEED AND SUFFERING AMONG VICTIMS OF NATURAL OR OTHER KINDS OF DISASTER ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD IN THE FORM OF MONEY(OR OTHER MEANS DEEMED SUITABLE)FOR PERSONS,BODIES,ORGANISATIONS AND/OR COUNTRIES AFFECTED INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL AID.
