TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 16 TO 18 IN PARTICULAR BY: A. PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS; B. PROMOTING VOLUNTEERING BY YOUNG PEOPLE AND PROVIDING INFORMATION AND ADVICE TO YOUNG PEOPLE ABOUT OPPORTUNITIES TO VOLUNTEER AND ABOUT VOLUNTEERING; C. PROMOTING AND PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE TO BECOME INVOLVED IN VOLUNTEERING AND COMMUNITY PROJECTS; D. ADVANCING EDUCATION AND TRAINING AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE GAIN SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS; E. PROVIDING RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITY IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
